💡 ML Concept of the Day: Reflection and Refinement Planning Methods in Autonomous Agents

In the last few weeks, we have been exploring planning methods for autonomous agents. Today, we would like to dive into one of the most interesting of these type of techniques known as reflection and refinement. The reflection and refinement family of planning methods focus on helping agents to handle errors more effectively. AI agents often encounter difficulties such as repeating the same thoughts and making mistakes due to their limited ability to process complex problems. Taking time to reflect on and learn from these mistakes allows the agents to improve and avoid repeating the same errors.
