π Event: Understanding performance and availability for feature stores
Your time is precious, we made it real simple
We are happy to support a series of online events launched by Hopsworks on topics that matter most for ML practitioners.
βFollowing up on our last two events on Effective Team Collaboration in AI and Effective Data Collaboration in AI, we are hosting an online event on Performance and Availability for Feature Stores on May 4th, 2022. We make sure these events are brief and to the point so we keep them online, short and sweet, no longer than 30 minutes.β β Hopsworks team.
What is this talk about?
It is common in the machine learning world to hear a lot about performance and availability in terms of data infrastructure for AI. In this presentation, Jim Dowling will illustrate what lies behind these terms, the three different facets of performance, and the different levels of high availability.
He will discuss how these system properties relate to your machine learning models and when you might need to account for them when productionizing your models.
